Grinding plants / Shredders
The grinding plant is suitable to grind a wide variety of materials. Material to be grinded enters the machine via feed nozzle. The material is transported by a screw conveyor towards compactor tube and grinding head and then compressed and / or ground in the reaming head.
By changing of discs and distance between the discs the final product can vary from finely ground to flake. If the grinding plant is additionally equipped with a fan, the grinded material can be blown back into the production process. This is a common application in the mineral wool industry.
